Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the return postage. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement.

If we request additional information about your return and don't receive a response within 7 days, your return request will be closed. You can contact us again at any time to reopen your request.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you no longer want your order, you can request a return after it has been delivered in accordance with this policy.
